食材:雞腿肉一片、蛤蜊5-7顆、鴻禧菇半包、蒜頭2瓣、高麗菜1/4顆、米酒一匙、麻油一匙
3:56 和風鮭魚毛豆日式蒸蛋
Soy-salmon steamed eggs with tofu, edamame and veggies
食材:鮭魚約120克、豆腐1/2塊、毛豆適量、香菇一片、紅蘿蔔一小塊、洋蔥1/4顆、兩顆雞蛋、玉米筍適量。調味料:醬油一匙、米酒&味霖少許
備註:若無味霖也可以糖取代。
8:03 暖薑白菜南瓜紅蘿蔔雞湯
Ginger-steamed cabbage chicken soup with pumpkin & carrots
食材:雞腿肉一片、南瓜1/4塊、紅蘿蔔1/2條、白菜一顆、蒜頭、薑2-3片。
10:51 金沙起司蒸玉米蛋豆腐(蛋奶素)
Cheesy steamed tofu with corn and salted eggs
食材:鹹蛋、雞蛋各一顆、罐頭玉米適量、蒜頭一瓣、豆腐一塊 、鴻禧菇適量、起司一片、蔥適量、橄欖油一匙。
